Boiling it all down, what I think vision and values is all about, at its most simple, basic human need, is a sense of PURPOSE and direction.
Everybody in the organisation needs to feel that it is going somewhere, and has a purpose they can identify with emotionally as well as intelectually.
This company has a certain way of doing business, a certain set of values, that it will always endeavour to adopt when it moves into any business, or when the going gets tough, or whenever change in circumstances comes about.”
